my part of an art trade with angstykatt on deviantart of their character lea. lea's outfit is based off of greek mercenary outfits, so i tried to work in some greek motifs into the metal details. this took me a while (no idea how many hours) because i experimented a lot with this piece. i tried painting in grayscale first before adding color. i drew from the work of AlectorFencer, loish, and cutestintrovert for reference and learned a lot in the process.
