"Sikira Pa Gaw"

"Sikira Pa Gaw" is a Kamayo (Filipino dialect) phrase which means "I hope" in English.

In 2012, my hometown (Cateel) was devastated by Typhoon Bopha. This illustration is a mirror of that event. This is also inspired by the Anime movie, "Grave Of The Fireflies".
